a true leader always go with all team members accept mistakes and then correct it not blaming others ,

always trying to solve problem make things easy not complex

a true leader never loses hope faith belief

a true leader always make plans strategy to succeed never stop untill win take care and respect of their team members
Correct them if they made wrong being humble and always have or build all team members transforming them into a leader
